I have been a massage therapist and energy healer for the past 18 years. I’m a Reiki Master and highly skilled at intuitively integrating multiple modalities to customize sessions for your greatest good and highest healing.
My approach to massage is to use my intuition as I integrate Esalen, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular techniques, PNF Stretching, Lymphatic Drainage techniques, Breathwork, Reiki and more, to customize your massage to fit your needs. My goal is to leave you feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated while getting to the root of your issues.
